The painters did not complete the work, there was also an outstanding letter from the insurance company which stated that stucco needed to be repaired, so now those units need to be repaired and repainted.   

If you go to repaint, choose an earth tone like a tan or brown.

Basment bathroom work is unfinished (needs sink, door, paint, flooring).Buyer would need to empty contents left behind in house, repaint interior, finish work on basement bathroom update (sink, flooring, door), & repairs.

. $150 for a plumber to swap out a faucet or toilet. 1200 to re-varnish hardwood floors in 3 rooms. 1k-1300 to repaint 5 room apartments (3BR).  

I Googled it and found some references to it in a local paper from the early 1960s or so.When I repainted the kitchen, I found two men's names written in pencil on the drywall. 

Just to give an update....The weekend after your feedback we got to work to do some of the minor changes to the house, repainting the universally hated diarrhea colored front door lol and adding a flower planter.

I am going to have to repaint, but also get paint off windows and repaint the trim that wasn't supposed to be touched, but was splattered. 

So I've been rounding up all the grills from every property, cleaning them up, repainting them, and engraving my name in an inconspicuous area.

It was as if they had used the paint where they were repainting the walls and just covered the entire tub.
