in my opinion it is a particularly tough time to get into wholesaling.

The other thing to think about is the length of time you've owned the property.

For a first time investor, I definitely recommend house hacking for most people as homeowner loans are by far the best in terms of rate and LTV. 

Don’t let that discourage you, but just know that stepping outside your comfort zone will be part of the journey from time to time.

Seems like a hassle to remove cameras from inside every time a guest is coming.Outdoor cameras are good for near the front door but otherwise keep them out of areas people will gather or near pools/hottubs.I have the Eufy cameras (solar) near the door and Schlage Connect Z Wave locks.

Many of the OTAs and lead gen sites, like Furnished Finder, are pushing credit card payments. 99.9% of the time I get a message from FF saying 'your tenant would prefer to pay by credit card so activate Stripe now!'

But at the same time, this market just keeps climbing, and it doesn’t look like it’s slowing down anytime soon.Suffolk is definitely more affordable than Nassau, but even out there, prices are getting ridiculous.
