After you have segregated your accounts it may not be that bad keeping them maintained, especially if your use a good software program (like MAS 90).

This can usually give a person a great idea as to values...You can change those values depending on your market, but that works pretty well here in Indy..Hopefully your current agent is tech savvy and this sort of information is quick and easy for him to find.

I 100% trusted the advice he gave on webinars and podcasts and think he's a very likable person as well.
