Site runs very slow, information is not current and search functions are set in such a way that you have to constantly clear search terms, or change criteria to have it pull what you want - this is especially frustrating in the comps section where - for no reason - you have to open the settings and select "all" for it to pull in comps.

So to that end even though I think of myself as private I am in the business so I am a HML the other folks posting on this site are all HML.. to me a PML is just that someone who is private and NOT in the business they they do a few deals out of their IRA for solo k a year and generally to people they know..

Here are the four things I order 1- BPO (150.00)2- home inspection (350.00)3- pre-lim (225.00 maybe free)4- appraisal. (500.00) That 1225 tells me everything I need to know and I’ll kick the deal at each stage if the numbers don’t perform.
