However, we have already seen houses over the past three weeks with a realtor, who has been absolutely helpful and patient with us as we are looking through these properties.My question is, if we were to come across an auction that we think we can get at a good deal, would it be poor etiquette to bid on and potentially purchase the house if we have taken up our realtor's time?

There's a strong sentiment in the stock market and Real Estate markets now that they will ALWAYS recover, and many investors will hold through any downturn, seeing the recoveries that happened with the previous crashes.To those of you who were in the markets before, were there always this many investors waiting patiently for a crash, or is it a new phenomenon?

I would like to do the same thing and was listening to this brain health webinar where a doctor (Evan Brand) who lives on a farm told of a patient of his who lived on a farm growing up and as a child would play outside and airplanes would fly overhead dropping glyphosate, presumably on whatever they wanted to kill and it messed up her microbiome.
