The struggle is when you feel you're not following your passion, or you rare and valuable skills/ career isn't fulfilling, there's something better long-term and on and on.. all of these things might be true but they aren't worth making drastic, uninformed life-changes over.

I am new to this and still learning but I have developed a passion for real estate. 

What about real estate interest you specifically and what do you feel passionately about.Do you want to build a portfolio that continues to earn or are you looking to get in and out fast and put the return in your pocket or to work towards the next one.Figure out where you want to be then the choice on how to get there may become easier.

I'm passionate about this, I want to build up something so I can teach my kids how to build themselves, and as a full-time single father be able to provide for them and not have to pick and choose what I have to spend money on and as an Army Veteran I want something I can through myself in to full-time. 

I don’t own anything that close, so I don’t have all of the details, and I know that if I lived there it is something I could easily be passionate about, but I don’t think it will have significant impacts on value.

I actually lost my job due to covid because all the daycares in my area are at capacity and I couldn’t return to work on the date they set so they told me I needed to turn in my resignation so I’m kind of in a transitional period in my career anyways so I figure it’s the perfect time to dive into what I’m really passionate about 🤷🏼‍♀️ 

I want to be successful at this, it’s a passion that I have.
