Thought I'd give an update.I was second-guessing myself so I continued to visit additional projects/referrals and uncovered some dirt on the negative reviewer -- an investor who had since partnered with the sub and stood to gain!

My guess is a filter of Trust Pilot reviews after this change would reveal a different and negative aggregate opinion similar to mine.

It's not an if, it's a when.Calm down a little and stop throwing around legalese that you have no concept of when it's not even relevant here (libel and slander).

-Over 150 hours of educational content that is available at your own pace to take you from very basic investing concepts to very advanced topics on tax strategies, raising private capital, STR vs MTR vs LTRs, legal, how to scale your portfolio, etc.So no, you cannot receive that for free on BP forums, and you cannot access that kind of value and deals as an individual investor.

I left a large cash cushion ($65k) to handle this negative flow, as well as any surprises.

As long as you don't go negative.

But my overall investment strategy and Risk/Reward needle is leaning negative for the overall economy. 

Maybe because there are more low income areas people assume the tenants will just naturally be bad or something, but that hasn't been my experience and kind of a negative stereotype in my opinion. 

I almost didn't post because I hate to throw in some negativity, but here is a different perspective.You're also inadvertently leaving out people who CAN'T have those jobs, ie retired people and some people with disabilities. 

His actions are resulting in a negative situation that impairs your ability to provide a reasonably useable driveway.
