What if it’s an adult blasting music or a video game for the exact amount of time and frequency?

One issue that is commonplace with commercial/residential combo properties - that has even resulted in lawsuits - is with the failure of the residential tenant to have the "peaceful use of the property" (the apartment) should the convenience store have late evening/all night hours, noise associated with operating it (car doors shutting, loitering/gathering, music), and the type of store signage (if lit, does it shine in apartment?).

When they're blasting music at 2am, are you comfortable knocking on the door to tell them to lower the music?

One of my doubles is right near a top music venue, so the last thing I'd want is for a group of drunk concertgoers stumbling in at midnight and keeping the party going right above my poor downstairs tenants.
