Though I wouldn't consider my self a builder as I have only dealt mainly with add-a-levels and not much with foundation (because in my area of business adding a level is the best way to add value) I have done 2 new constructions. 3 Southward Ct, Chatham NJ 1 Florence Drive, Clark The Clark house that was an addition with foundation to it on the whole left side of the property.

At a high level, I had recently advertised my listing on a Zillow and a few sites but then was notified by two separate, potential residents that they had seen the home listed on Craigslist for cheaper.I'm currently investigating (posing as a potential applicant) but am curious to see if someone else has seen this happen.
