Found a place in Anna TX which seems to have a bright growth future - north of Dallas.

Being in a commercial shop right out of school means you'll be thrown into an environment that offers a lot of upwards growth & mobility.

Seems highly likely to have significant growth.

As people transition to our area, they book our place to coincide with completing construction, sale/purchase of housing, etc…so, #1 location#2, growth of the economy, influx of jobs, etc#3, don’t laugh…have your house well decorated and take pro pictures to share.  

With any strategy you'll have your fears and unknowns how you overcome those with bring growth in the RE space. 

I moved here from Florida after seeing the projected growth.

Lots of job growth, population growth, and overall great macroeconomics due to big companies moving and building here - Google, Amazon, Honda, Facebook, etc.

So we see lots of population growth and job growth.
