They 30 year track record firm  may now be using social media to pitch their deals right alongside and perhaps even pursue the same transactions as the new age syndicators but the two groups are likely pursuing entirely different LP investors.

We are not the right choice for everyone, but we do help hundreds of investors every year start and progress their investing goals.

And it would for real estate investors, agents and brokers, lenders, etc.

Of these professional wholesalers, nearly all of them will be well capitalized professional real estate investors or large businesses doing hundreds of deals annually with many years in and around every part of the real estate investment journey.

I do have a third goal, but too much will happen by the time my second goal materializes that my third goal will likely change drastically.Also, I tend to find myself wanting to ask market-specific questions to agents/lenders/investors/contractors/etc. a lot.

There will be a point, unique to every investor, where you need to take action and jump in.

@Jasmine Vida  Some groups have a lot of spam, but I've also found groups that are legit investors and also hold meet ups so its good for networking as well :)Send me some those Facebook groups that you found I would definitely like to join them!
