TIA for any advice, and glad to have found this forum.JP 2 bedroom is always going to be preferable to a 1 bedroom.However be aware, 1 level condos, havnt appreciated generally in the last 5 years except in a few spots.

I just installed a whole kitchen of IKEA cabinets, and they are farrrrr superior to the lower and even some of the mid level cabinets offered by Home Depot and Lowes.The downside is you have to assemble then, but they are much sturdier than the other big box store cabinets.
