In addition to verifying your electrical entrance (60 amp if original) and the age of the panel (fuses or breakers), I would also pull some outlets, switches, and light fixtures to inspect the wire on that end.

Investors owning rentals and slamming tenants in do not sit well with these types of organizations generally.The owners are trying to preserve values where some investors just care about the cash flow and the rent check coming in.Here in GA a tow company will put up the sign usually on a tree to the main entrance etc. saying the code ordinance law and that unauthorized vehicles are not allowed.

I've kept a 5 gallon bucket by the door now and then, but usually it gets over used, and that crap gets tracked into the building.I have a service for removing snow and plowing, but I'm talking about the occasional light snowfall or freezing rain when the service isn't needed, and a couple minutes of my time to throw some salt is all that's needed.I bring this up because of a text I received today about ice at the entrance of one of my 4plexes.

@Brandon Sturgillso you're purchasing for $62,000+ entrance costs of $2,500+ rehab $35,000+ holding 3,000+ selling $11,000total expenditures = $113,500.The down payment and mortgage payoff are part of the purchase price number.

We will finally have our rental side done this spring, and we are also building out the room above the garage into another 1/1 unit (entrance at the back of the garage).
