Just because the economy isn't performing as well, doesn't mean these people don't vacation, they will just change their travel plans and destinations due to cost.

It's getting hipper restaurants and bars downtown, it's getting spillover from Denver's crazy market, and it's becoming a destination for those valuing quality of life. 

It’s a retiree destination, low property tax, no state income tax, almost year round rental season, all these things make Las Vegas an attractive market to me.
