This business is almost entirely about relationships and forming a qucik one with an appraiser will only help, not hinder your success.Jason/Vikram - I too have the very same history and as such, offers more evidence to support our theory that "assisting" appraisers is beneficial to getting an appraisal meeting our purchase price by our end buyers.
