I have been concentrating on wholesaling, and am struggling with locating and buying properties.

Im mainly concentrated on singlefamily now.

This all happens because we are quick to believe any quick fix answer, and because guru's can't sell the truth which is you will need to work hard, learn, and persevere through years of ups and downs before landing in the promised lands of financial freedom.All of that said, I'm going to go take my diet pill so I don't have to hit the gym, and my adderall so I can concentrate on work.

@Thomas Bailey I can't speak to the financing aspects as I'm still new to this myself, plus i am concentrating on the commercial side of real estate. 

In these areas where there is a high concentration of rentals, it's very challenging to get good comps because there's so many cash sales that are well below retail.

I would personally concentrate on homes that need a little cosmetic love. 

The sites can only raise a limited amount of money at this point and they probably don't want to concentrate too much with any one borrower to eliminate risk of things not going well.  

If the initial scoring is middle of the road, put it in a holding pattern and concentrate on the strongest applicants.

I’m concentrating on paying off student loans right now so it’s a good time to brush up on my education.
