EVERYONE is doing it wrong.Do it yourself.That is the only way you are sure you do it correct.It is easier than you think I promise you that.Then lastly... sure the advantage of DMM is you are getting your own leads... but when you stop marketing the leads stop.Not sustainable.An other disadvantage is that when I do my walk trhoughs and walk the houses of some of our leads (that I got for free as they look for ME, not me looking for them) I see STACKS of yellow letters and postcards from competitors.... you are one of SO many sending mailers... yet they pick me when I didn't send them a SINGLE mailer.We even sit there with iced tea in my hand as they offer us cookies laugh at these poor suckers sending mailers.

@Laxmi Chirravuri Best locations typically have 6-7 square feet of storage per capita within 3 miles or less and also have low availability of land so your competitors cannot build more.

@Paul Kuhn - yes, they are GOOD competition:) So many of our competitors are incompetent or crooks, but still suck in owners that don't know any better with their cheap prices:(
