I imagine sometimes people do not steal items (though sometimes they probably do), they likely break them and then they throw them out as to not be charged for them.

A $50K investment from a psychiatrist who has no idea what they are doing but wants the "freedom" "low risk" and "generational wealth" the GP promises comes with zero power over the syndicator in an incredible lopsided distribution of power not available from most other sources of capital. 2) Ability to Charge WAY more in fees: A naive accredited investor with little experience in private investments will fork over fees like: - 2.5% acquisition fee- High Management fees (2-5% of rents) - 2.5% disposition fee- 1-2.5% refinance fee- 20-30% carried interestThe fees that many of these social media influencers charge would get them laughed out of the room by any family office or private equity shop.

I ask because if it were bought 8/22 and it just sold , thats almost 1 year . even if you did minimal improvements and had minimal carrying costs , plus real estate commissions , that doesnt sound like swift profits .This almost sounds like an ad for Brittany Scandra I am very familar with Pasadena

Basically we repair broken items but do not paint, replace flooring, windows, etc. this basically means rent areas will slowly deteriorate.

If you are going to carry insurance there is no need for an LLC.Look for liability limits of $1-2 million per occurrence.
