This same seller https://therealdeal.com/chicago/2024/05/08/first-chicago-sel... who tried to be greedy by offering $0 co-op for buyers agents.

I get the rent is substandard but it seems if they just hold on for another 7 months they have a vacant property they can sell to all the regular primary home buyers in the market and get a much better selling price.

This is my first deal; I need to list it on Zillow as soon as possible to get buyers.
