I would like to refinance around the 6 month mark and get the PMI dropped and a better rate, while switching to a 15 year. 

This would not only help me learn, but it also helped me earn as SEC requires anyone marking a private placement to be part of the general partnership.

Getting Dick and Jane to sell you their house privately, let alone let you tie it up to try and sell it at a mark-up, can be quite a challenge here.In most jurisdictions in the country if you are not taking possession of the property (i.e. owning it), you would be brokering without a licence which can get you into trouble.
