Note that money orders can actually bounce just like checks but it's a lot more uncommon.

a good tenant is one who can and will pay their rent and can prove it with references. be careful of the tenant that shows up with a fist full of cash and wants to move in today and they are have a U Haul attached to their car and 5 kids are bouncing off the wall in your newly painted apartment, their car looks like a dumpster and they are vague about the telephone numbers of their last two landlords.

I expect the bankruptcy filed has cleared the way for a clean slate and have heard the city is coming back and may be in the early stages of bouncing back.

I could see that causing some serious issues if the tenant over spends in those 8 days and then the payment ends up bouncing.

Hey all, been slacking on my RE journey recently and would love to join a group of like minded people to be able to bounce ideas off of and just generally be able to help each other out along the way.
