Most people here will tell you the theoretical text book versions of "steps how to make it".Honestly, that is great to  know but that is simply not going to get you far.

Now they have all the info they need, have two options to go with, and you can be the hero in both versions.

I did a CO/Smoke version in the basement where the boiler is. 

There is a hybrid version where the exterior walls are non-combustible (typically masonry or could be concrete) and the interior is wood.

From what I could gather, PPL sounded like kind of a watered-down version of what you get when talking with a specialized attorney.

I usually use my own version of the 2-50 rule (1.5-35,2-65 etc.) depending on the area.

Podcasts are the Falsebook version of investing...all the good and hardly any of the bad.
