Loans would be sub-serviced.So, my answer above as to yes, it is needed and the "can be profitable" leans to a larger scale than how I started out decades ago, you'll need a large market area to have enough seller financed transactions to have a business, you won't be making a living off 20 deals a year, which is the no side!

If that doesn't make a lot of sense- I mean, if you want to have a small family that you can support, live in a million dollar house, have a couple cars with one nice toy, and eat out at a nice place a few times a week... thats how much money you need.

A great example is one of the most recent retail apocalypse victims ToysR-US....one of the x-executives is already opening up on a limited basis, smaller refined format toy stores, that are much more "experiential" based retail, where momy and the the little rugrats can really play with the toys and kill a few hours in a climate controlled safe environment, while at the same time load up on all the toys they were just playing with and are not bogged down by outdated oversized overpriced leases.
