You'll have to go to some smaller local carpet/flooring stores, and discuss what's immediately available and can they get it done immediately.You may have to offer a bonus for timely completion, OR you may offer to put up the new tenants a night at a local, clean motel.

So if it is a 6 month period, if not paid 100% off at 180 days (or sometimes even the statement date which might be sooner) then you owe 6 months of interest calculated month over month.Now, I do use a Home Depot store card to fund projects.

The spread is huge but the $90k guy will probably take 6 to 9 months of he can complete it at all and probably be $20k over budget and priced it for inferior box store products.

The area is a nice quaint area, property is .56 acres, stately landscaping with evergreens and shaped shrubs. the back yard has a cute river/creek down a little slope from the house. walking distance to little downtown area and park, 2 miles down the road from the top high school in the state, and 5-10 min from department stores / home depot / walmart / strip mall / nice salons and spas etc. hope that helps answer your question. 25 minutes from downtown Milwaukee, WI. a lot of lakes in the area.
