When I am not busy with real estate, I enjoy competitive figure skating and hanging out with my two huskies who are rescues. 

Our group has enjoyed partnering with a number of California investors who help fund Phoenix remodel and new build projects.

But you can make $ in both, but I enjoy residential.

When you do get married, your new husband will hopefully bring income into the family as well, so you'll be even better off.So relax and enjoy the process.

You need to like your niche selected and enjoy what you are doing.  

We as in me and my wife are newbies in the real estate  investing and love this forum we are learning a few things so we hope we can build a successful business and enjoy life and can't wait to work with my wife
