Very poorly maintained with obvious hazards.

I want to be understanding (despite some unwelcome commentary about my rental during a second tour that went on for nearly 1 hour after lease was signed...) and professional, but this sets me back to step one of finding a tenant while maintaining two mortgages/bills and outdoor spaces. 

For example prop 19 stated fire victims would maintain their prop 13 status but they largely removed prop 13 protection for inherited properties.  

Does your Mom have some additional funds to leave you for maintaining the home while step-dad occupies?

I personally work with one program that does not maintain this requirement.

Don,I think its very market and niche specific and one does kind of need to explore deals they may not have done in the past if we are going to maintain velocity.
