And they repeat.They are comfortable with that lifestyle even though they want more.

Just thinking that other tenants who aren't used to this life style wouldn't be comfortable with it.

This can work if you buy the right deal but it most likely will not work if you buy the average deal in the market, unless you buy mainly for lifestyle of course.So, you have several options.

I get tired of hearing people sell leisure as a life purpose and "passive income" is the easiest, laziest way to fund their playboy lifestyle.

That is important to some people and it gets thrown around all the time in conjunction with offers to "sell" a lifestyle.

And they are not easy ones to make, its a life style change for sure!

If you want a career then get the license give it a run and see where it takes you it took me all over the world  and created a pretty fabulous lifestyle frankly.

It seems to have a healthy growing economy but also offers plenty of lifestyle opportunities.

I know I want to go into owning and managing properties, starting small and making my way up if I find out that I can handle the lifestyle. 

So I think this has potential as both a business idea and a lifestyle choice!
