One minute she is the nicest person imaginable the next minute she is evil.I heard there is something called non forceablility of verbal agreements and I have also done some additional digging and am reading the followingverbal agreements are not acceptable or legal in real estate transactions.

I can only imagine this entitled spoiled brat.I would put a monetary value from your business standpoint on all of the risk you take on in that new lease, and deduct that from your offer.

I can't imagine how some 4 units with no driveway get rented but they do.

PM cant and should not be there hand holding owners  they would never get anything done.Rent gurantee's I would imagine would come in after they tried to collect.. not like an auto pay the day you were notified again completely unrealistic expectations.
