Does failure destroy your reputation and your credit?

I have noticed the Trending category on the web forum is not working.

It seems like a reputable  website, really easy to use and the design of it looks great.  

Adair is a longstanding Pacific North West custom home builder with a reputation for speed and efficiency. 

Skutt, the most reputable ceramics kiln manufacturer in the USA, told me to go for it with 8/2 and a 50-amp breaker.

They stand behind their work , its their reputation .Now , Chuck in a Truck who charges by the hour and does power washing , painting , bush trimming etc .

I told him I am not ruining my 15 year reputation for 1 potential sale.

I would get the advice of local reputable builder that currently builds in your local municipality. 

Otherwise it hurts my reputation to throw junk people his way.

The risk in wholesaling is loss of earnest money, spending on marketing that leads to no deals, getting a bad reputation if you put bad deals under contract and have to weasel out of them with unethical escape clauses etc....
