I didn't want to pay plumbers $95/hour to tear out ceilings and walls so my husband and  our handyman tore out the two layers of ceiling drywall over lathe and plaster and a metal mesh.

Light sanding is a must for commercial, it is an additional step/layer of protection to ensure adhesion.

We have an old bituminous roof, not sure how many layers, and have a few active leaks.

I did not invent or own these, but my knowledge and experience working them in the real world ceratinly is advantageous for me and those I share it with who choose to apply that knoweldge or technique.Educating yourself is of vital importance, and choosing the right educator is just as important!
