Lots sat on the sideline or worse yet.. sold out of the Elmwood village in 2010.

But deals here are hard to find as lipstick flips are so for many years now, most of my deals have been in the SFV to Bev Hills, to Malibu/Agoura Hills/Calabasas and several more near Dodger Stadium in Atwater Village, Highland Park, etc.There is a meet up here in SCV and I believe it gets posted here on BP, I don't remember when or where and several in the SFV.

Hi there,We are selling a property in one of the Chi suburbs, where the village requires an inspection.

We just bought our first single family home Merrion Village and are saving to buy our second property which we plan to be a duplex.

I think my girlfriend was renting a SF out there last year around Sauk Village. 

Is anyone investing in The Villages right now? 

The properties down in Hungarian village, not sure since I just purchased, but the owner figured a typical 5% vacancy.
