I like Kevin's Idea, I would like into Relay for this. you can have around 20 Checking accounts and 2 Savings accounts, they allow you to pay with checks that they said and ACH Payments, both free, and it connects to QBO with ease.They also allow you to have multiple EINs(LLCs) under one log in. you might have to make transfer, but having a Bookkeeper who is on board with your structure would allow you to not have to focus on that part as much.This sounds like an idea I may use for future clients I would have.Good Question!

I just recently moved back home to NJ for work and decided to move back in with my parents (not fun but ironically closer to where my job got transferred rather than getting a place) so I am saving a ton more money that will hopefully enable me to make my first deal this year.

First time poster here and new investor, appreciating any advice in this new and scary world.My project, a conversion of a single family unit to a multi-family unit, is delayed by about 5 months. 2 months of the delay is due to my mortgage company.My original mortgage company transferred the mortgage to a different mortgage company early on, and did not give me the required 15/30 day notice.

Thanks in advance. anything too good to be true is scam because all lender uses the same logic anyway lol.for example i can offer you 110%financing, but you have to transfer me $30K initiation/appraisar fee and then I would disappear LOL
