My property will be the 4th as there is one unit currently vacant but current landlord hasn't done any marketing to promote his property as it is pretty run down at this point. 2 large Manufacturing Plants just moved to the area and there has been an increase in the population by almost 5% with a predicted increase up to 20% in the next 5 years. 

The cool thing is that when they do mitigate they'll do xeriscaping or even plant grass on the properties.

The tenant has taken excellent care of the property (his wife has also planted flowers and put extensive time into decorations and making it look great).

You know oil refineries and chemical plants and steel mills and power plants.

And likewise, I don't want a cop who doesn't know how to do his job just so I can save a couple bucks on my taxes.Luckily, we have a system of supply and demand in this country that -- in theory -- should allow us to optimize for quality and cost when it comes to filling jobs.Btw, if your argument is that cops should be paid much more because they protect your life, then logically you'd probably have to agree that taxi drivers should get paid even more than cops, as you're more likely to die in a car crash than from random crime.Not to mention, using that logic, the guys that work at our water sanitation plants and sewage treatment plants should be getting paid a lot of money too, as contaminated water poses a great risk to health as well.

Also, you can buy spray cans of texture at the hardware store.

You might get a little more money if you allow they to plant crops, just be careful about what you allow.
