If I'm in the business of lending, the last thing I'd want to do is have to foreclose on a fix/flip that was in process.I'm not suggesting that one can't be successful as a Hard Money or Private Money lender, but to suggest that avenue is a 100% passive and risk free way to 10 to 15% returns is a bit of a stretch.
