In my case, my inlaws own the land so we took a step back to see how the pandemic evolved. 

Back in the 1980s and early 1990s we used to say that hardware architectures change and evolve fairly rapidly.

The scope evolved and we did more work than initially planned so even his first invoice for that unit exceeded what he quoted.   

I think as you get older, seeing it evolve and passing it on really makes you appreciate what you've done.

I've read in Evolve article that Destin rentals shows very strong rental income.

along with Species..

Evolve is basically you self managing only they take a large commission. 

It will be really interesting to see the RE industry evolve as people recognize the value of this technology.
