This brings to mind a friend I have in Silicon Valley who decided to rent out a room in her condo, but didn't want a full-time roomie. 

I think the money will dry up from traditional avenues, also venture capital in silicon valley is starting to shut down so I see the spiral starting there.

There were something like 100 mobile homes, if I remember correctly, in Silicon Valley (Sunnyvale, CA).  

Right in the heart of Silicon Valley. 

Only because greedy Silicon Valley VC that thing getting popularized. 

I keep my eye on properties in the tri-valley and Silicon Valley weekly since these are the areas where I own property.

In silicon valley, market is still crazy in sellers market and I'm so afraid to find right property in 45 days and closing 180day.I'm not sure when is right time and switch to property in sellers market or buyers market.My cash flower is great but I think the property's appreciation is almost reached the high.I compared my potential capital gain When I sell now and buy new property with 1031 exchange but still not sure what is best for me.Thank you

We all saw the markets that went nuts 2008 Phoenix was a BIG one, but as I read North Phoenix is a new Silicon Valley with semi ships mega factories going up, one plant 12 billion dollars TSMC, Intel is an also building a semi chip plants what is different these are foundry plants.

Putting a silicone caulk around the perimeter will help a lot but even then it's water RESISTANT.
