I am a graphic designer for a large company but would like to slowly start some real estate opportunities on the side (long-term goal).

I'm 30 and graduated with my DPT in the end of 2009, my wife has degrees in graphics design and english. 

I have little knowledge in real estate investing other than watching some of the tv shows which always showcase exceptionally successful investors. 

Some of the feedback I received was that we should have showcase or have people tell some of their active projects and have people ask questions.

(the most fun I had was finding these two graphics, cool, aren't they?)

My background is computers, marketing, graphic & web design.

Can you create flyers and graphics for them or create their youtube channel and record and edit videos for them?

I know that statistically there appears to be a declining population (see right graphic below).

Hi hoping i can get an objective opinion here and thank you in advance for anyones comments.I am a 53 yr old single female - I owned my own business for many years as a graphic design freelancer and really never made long term plans for retirement - I began working with a company four years and have managed to save money and been contributing to a Fidelity acct although i won't be retiring for a years to come - its a savings and its coming around slowly. 

If you insist on going to university, pick a major you enjoy so you can do that in your real estate business - business admin, finance, accounting, marketing, graphic design might be a good choice.
