I'm new to this site and REI. Just wanted to say hello!

A little about me:
My name is Rey Martinez, I'm 27 years old, married with 2 beautiful kids and 1 mutt of a dog (haha)

Looking to learn from some of the more seasoned veterans on here about the ins and outs of real estate investment. My background is computers, marketing, graphic & web design.
