The secret was just suing everybody, the board, the employees, the stockholders, etc.never seen one case where their assult didn't work.On the other hand a multi-member LLC with the proper set up has withheld assult by the legal profession.

Insurance companies don't like that one bit and that is why public adjusters are one of the best kept secrets of the insurance industry.Hmmmm....

There is no secrets.

The secret is to hold, but you have to buy many and fast.My method is:1 - Cash in2 - Refi it all out after seasoning (usually 6 months)3 - Re-use those funds on the next house4 - Refi those out and,...5 - ...keep repeating until you can't get any more loans.
