I'm a veteran so I'm using my post 9/11 which equals ($3700) month which I only get while I'm in school but will be getting for the next three years.

There are quality public schools in the area and many local attractions.

I would find a hardworking college or high school aged young person with a snow removal/landscaping business.

I moved to Albuquerque after grad school and bought a nice 4/2 ranch which is I rented out to a couple who were colleagues from work when we moved back to the east coast.

Folks have their bonus checks and going under contract then means the kids are ready when school lets out to start in the new area.  

It's a 5 BR, 3 bath located near public transportation with easy access to center city Philadelphia, it's also within walking distance to a college and medical school.

I am in business school now at a semi target school where lots of alumni work in commercial real estate and finance at top firms so hoping I can network.

Or when you move again.Always look for the school districts.

My partner and I would be looking for SFHs in the following school districts:  Fox Chapel, Shaler, Hampton and Avonworth.  

For example, if I have a commercial space that I would like to attract a music school, I will pay a virtual assistant to do market research and provide the names and emails of 40 local music schools.
