Refreshing this thread, I own a property that I have just rented out in PA. 

It's refreshing to see a candidate doing interviews and generally speak from the heart without 24/7 advisors or notes.

I will remember your post when I go to update or refresh a home!

It think we have way too much government control over every little aspect of our lives that it is really refreshing to see these people be able to open flout immigration laws.

Bigger Pockets is just an extension of my local community of landlords, and it's refreshing and helpful to receive these responses, whether or not I decide to act on them.

Also if your browser has been open and you are just refreshing/reloading a page even when things change on the server side (that's geek for the bigger pockets or which ever page you are trying to visit) the info is cached rather than fresh...meaning your browser is using information and satay it already has rather than asking the server to give it the new information or changes.

The error for a different user ID.More or less as if the results of the search and the click on the Josh profile is being display before the window or frame is refreshed to flush out old data.
