However, I don't seem to have enough cash and credit cards to fill the gap. 

It might be a HELOC card or a home equity deal but get whatever loan you get you understand the terms and fully aware of any negative.

You can hand out your card at school owned restaurants then you won’t have to meet any standards the school may have while at the same time being able to still advertise to studentsThat’s my 2 cents.

We joined our local chamber of commerce and left our business cards EVERYWHERE.

so I guess if some does not have the money to do anything coming to your events and handing off leads for a small referral fee or a starbucks card is the way to get going.  

We closed in 1 month, and she sent me a congratulations plant and gift card afterwards.
