This site is such a great resource and we all found each other here, so I think it's worth looking into options of creating a group here.And I have to admit that I've been rolling an idea around in my head for a while of creating a mastermind group focused on women in REI.  

I view the ads on BP no different than I see a Google ad - I am aware of a service but just because they advertise on a site does not mean they are the right fit

If the software is not simplifying your life or making you more accurate, you shouldn't use it.Software does have extremely helpful features like online payments, marketing syndication (click a button and your property is advertised on multiple sites), electronic document review/signing, maintenance tracking, and owner reports.

Start with something small like REITs or funding sites.

They are also partnered with RocketLawyer and TransUnion, so you can access those and start creating leases directly on the site.

The other catch is you have to live in the property, and you can't live in a construction site.  

Right now, we have no marketplace for, and no way of verifying the license and background of the individuals who claim to be contractors on our site. 

If you go to vrmco.com and go to the VA owned properties, the site will indicate whether the listing is eligible for vendee financing. 

Like that on BP, Scotsman Guide, AAPL, CMA, NPLA, and so on, referral sites like these are a dime a dozen.
