You cannot stereotype Section 8 residents any more accurately than classifying all steaks in the same group.

Or is that just a stigma perpetuated by jealous tenants.

When gold was around 2k/ oz and the massive bonuses were flowing, it was not uncommon to see brand new 60K pickups, rebooted muscle cars and Harley's parked in front of stereotypical single-wides (1970's metal shells, cinder block foundations, etc.).

We don't want to commingle funds (we're adults and appreciate keeping parts of our lives separate even though we spend A LOT of time together - more stereotypically mushy than any relationship I've had before) so for us a monthly rent check to one or the other was the ideal situation for our relationship.  

Some 'graduates' will turn out to be great resources for you in perpetuating your work in this ministry.At this point, this is just a plan for me.  

I'm convinced you're selling this scam to people and need to perpetuate the lie.

If it works, go to a perpetual entity like an LLC for future deals. 

Hate to stereotype but it is what it is.

Some investors have a problem perpetuating that kind of thinking in the world.The whole government system is broken but that is another topic unto itself.
