If you're simply modifying the existing lease to add the boyfriend note "Lease Modification" on the top of your lease and increase the rent by a reasonable amount - versus market price - to have him living there for the remaining term.

And yes, I truly believe online legal document is dangerous, however, I get mine online then have it read and bullet proofed by a seasoned professional, this will get my costs down on the drafting side, the modification will be more than what I paid for but definitely be worth more than a pierce in corporate veil.Welcome to the corporate world.

Similar to #1, I could stick to the agreement and let them know the modification is allowed as long as the property is returned to the original condition at the end of leasing term, but is it the answer you will give?
