I plan on enforcing the strict eviction policy if it means I have to remove 20 tenants at once. it may seem painful but I believe it's like a band-aid, you just need to rip it off quick instead of letting the pain drag on. ohhh...

Decent chance it'll come in better at the end, but if the deal/property works with those numbers then obviously it'll work if it's better.Something like 90% of lenders are going to be in a very narrow band of 0.250% for this.
