How to find small apartment complex in Pittsburgh

Hey BiggerPockets,

I'm interested in starting my real estate investing with small apartment buildings (around 5-12 units) in the Pittsburgh area but am having a tough time finding real estate agents who excel with these property types.

Any suggestions on generating leads and finding agents who specialize in this apartment building size?

PS. I'll be an out of state investor and currently live in Seattle.

Thanks

@John Jensen anything in the multi family realm is hard to find here now. The market is flooded with buyers and inventory is low. If you find any larger multi family deals they are usually over priced and or in a lower income area. You have to be patient and continue to look at the market daily. if something does come up be prepared to strike very quickly.
