If rates make a jump of more then 2 points I would put off my increase in activity in this market for another 2 years to 2017.

Let me give you some of my thoughts (I have my license but it is inactive):- One major benefit to having a license is commission savings you can see during the course of one year.

Isn't some calculated action/risk better than inaction?

You will need to show them that the LLC is in active business for two years.

For example, yoy take management at 10% which is earned from running the business, that is an expense to the seller, but he can become inactive as well.In the ops agmt, the new guy can pledge collateral and buy say 30% of the seller's equity, note for shares/interest.

I've noticed this lead me to inaction and over analysing.

My only hurdle is I have a deployment coming up in a couple of months(I'm currently in active duty in the military) and I won't be able to be as active in investing as I hoped.

I watched the main course twice and I'm now starting to put his plan in action while watching the other seminars he included in the course.
