Are attendees experienced investors that have acquired and are actively investing in 60+ unit multifamily properties, or is it mostly people that are pretty green and looking to get into multifamily? 

I'm trying to get that train rolling like @Brandon Turner and @David Greene are always talking about!

So far I have found @David Greene 's, book on Long distance real estate investing insightful an helpful in laying out a foundation from which to proceed.

Just want to be in the green.

Neither.All these damn weird letters with scribbles and red fort black font, green font is all rubbish.A seller is not some mystical creature you know nothing about.
