Tell me about your FIRST deal! I am working on my first deal. I'm trying to get that train rolling like @Brandon Turner and @David Greene are always talking about! It's the hardest one! I'm trying to be smart, but will inevitably make mistakes. Tell me about your first deal, what went right, what went wrong, what you wished someone had told you. TIA!
